Anti-Ku pattern (AC-4)
Hep-2 cells, antibodies against Ku exhibit a fine speckled
fluorescence of the cell nuclei and the nucleoli are positive in
parts. There is hardly any difference noticeable to antibodies
against SS-A,SS-B,Sm and RNP.
Primate liver, sections are incubated in parallel, possibly in
the same field, a typical clumpy-speckled staining of the cell
nuclei is found, which is an almost certain proof of antibodies
to Ku.
