key products has been negotiated (e.g. Stokke products presented both in the category
section of the store, and in the Stokke SiS)
Footfall requirements: Minimum visitors 10 000 per year
Stokke sales floor size: Min. 60 sqm
Assortment: Full collection including accessories as «pick & buy» items
(accessory displays to be planned according to attachement rates)
Stokke Premium Store concept, preferrably with 1 seating area
(combination of modular & tailor made elements, flooring & lighting mandatory)
Façade structure and branding mandatory
Digital plan: E-tiles & screens
Joint business plan: Yes (including plans for windows/2nd placements).
