Farrand Logan




                                                   Farrand Logan is the First Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Citizens
                                                   Trust Bank. Directly responsible for managing a team of Commercial Relationship
                                                   Managers and Business Development Officers, his leadership has consistently led to
                                                   over $50 million in new funded loans each year and a high-quality consumer and
                                                   growing commercial loan portfolio, currently at $220 million.

                                                   Spanning 28 years, Farrand began his banking career in a management training program
                                                   at a local bank in South Carolina after which he led the region in the referral of small
                                                   business loans to the commercial platform. Success in bank management led to being
                                                   selected to participate in formal credit training and ultimately, Farrand became a
                                                   Community Banking Officer specializing in commercial and consumer loans. He later

                     First Senior Vice President/  bank to a Business Banking division supporting the small business demographic. As an
                     Chief Lending Officer         experienced professional with a proven track record of success at local, regional and
                     Citizens Trust Bank           national financial institutions, Farrand greatly enhanced his financial skills in
                                                   underwriting, business development and sales management. Delivering financial
                                                   solutions for customers throughout Georgia and surrounding states, Farrand’s most
                                                   progressive development took place with his transition to Citizens Trust Bank where
                                                   through his leadership he is responsible for the bank’s loan, fee, and deposit growth.

                                                   A passionate lender, Mr. Logan’s lending expertise often entails complex transactions
                                                   with varied commercial and industrial (C&I) and real estate loan types including owner-
                                                   occupied real estate, investment real estate, operating lines, equipment and business
                                                   acquisition loans. His creative instinct compliments his unique ability to structure loans
                                                   for winning relationships. By leveraging partnerships with government entities offering
                                                   loan guarantee programs like the SBA (7a), 504 programs, USDA and the State Small
                                                   Business Credit Initiative, Farrand is also instrumental in delivering successful results for
                                                   customers who may require credit enhancements.

                                                   A Spartanburg, South Carolina native, Farrand is dedicated and committed to sustaining
                                                   the health of the community and its citizens. He has shared his expertise and service
                                                   with a variety of local board associations including Boys & Girls Club, Junior
                                                   Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, and the Atlanta Development Authority’s Credit
                                                   Review Committee for small business loans.
