4.6.3.3 Bearings, courses and frequencies
Bearings and courses are given in writing with 3 digits, e.g. heading 020
degrees.
In numbers that contain a comma, the comma must be mentioned.
When specifying channels for VHF frequencies, 6 digits are given, unless the
fifth and sixth digits are both zero – if this is the case, only the first four digits
are given.
