Communication

                  c. on the normally used frequency, begin the transmission with the phrase

TRANSMITTING BLIND / SENDER BLINDT and then transmit the message

                     twice.

If the aircraft is equipped with an SSR transponder, mode A, code 7600,

                     must be selected.

                 In other words:

                 - Return to the last used frequency

                     or
                 - When using all methods, try calling the station in another way (telephone,

                     internet)

                     or

                 - Try to contact other aircraft

4.11.2 Observation of radio faults and accompanying procedures

4.11.2.1 How to observe radio faults

                   1. You do not get a response to your transmissions, but can listen to ATIS and

                      other traffic

                   or

                   2. You cannot hear anything on your radio

In the first example, there is a fault in the transmitter part of your radio. If

Billund Approach does not respond, check with Billund Tower.

When you have pressed the microphone plug in properly!

In the second example, you must assume that the transmitter part of your radio

                 is fine.
