Principles of flight
5.1 Introdution
In the section Principles of Flight you will learn some basic things about the flow
of air around airfoils and a little about stability.
You will probably find principles of flight and aerodynamics somewhat
theoretical, but it is indispensable.
5.2 The atmosphere (Flyveprincipper 1 - 2 videoer)
The Earth's atmosphere is divided into different spheres.
The sphere closest to the Earth is called the troposphere.
The temperature in the troposphere depends on altitude, season, and location
on Earth. The same is true for pressure, as it is a function of temperature.
