Who should be in your team?









            Stress and emotions can run high during a crisis which, if
            not properly understood and channeled, can naturally lead

            to a negative effect on the team’s ability to make decisions

            and solve problems.  The selection process has to be based

            on a person’s overall value to the company.




            Important questions need to be asked like – Will they fold
            under enormous pressure?  Are they willing to work

            around the clock to get the job done?  Do they understand

            that a crisis situation needs to be handled differently from
            routine work?
