1. Please describe the ownership structure of your firm.
The organization is structured much like any firm of our size. The firm includes a leadership “C
Level” suite of employees for strategic operations followed by EVP and Director level management
across sales, service and operations. The majority of our employees are in client support positions
that include compliance, member advocacy, informatics and customer service.
2. Please share a mission statement or a similar statement of purpose that will help us better
understand your firm.
The Filice approach is to deliver innovative and cost-effective support, compliance, legal, employ-
ee communication, technology, actuarial and wellness solutions that address the specific needs
of each client. We are committed to guiding our clients through economic and legislative change,
while maintaining a focus on delivering successful insurance solutions.
3. What is the total approximate number of employee benefits clients you serve?
At Filice, we server over 2,300 clients of all sizes.
