Mario has become a trusted partner to employer groups throughout
Northern California, helping them navigate the many challenges as-
sociated with the current healthcare system. His strategic approach
to Benefits Consulting combines years of experience at one of the

nation’s largest insurance carriers with a proven ability to simplify the
evolving complexities of the Affordable Care Act. A former two-sport
athlete at St. Mary’s College, Mario is best known by his clients for his
work ethic and accountability.

Dawn is a former Human Resources Director who has a Masters of
Business Administration and Human Resource Management degree
and over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing the technology
sectors. In her current role, she leads the Client Services Team and

acts as Human Resource Consultant for Filice clients when they have
employment issues related to areas, such as COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA,
Section 125, ERISA and various State-specific regulations. Dawn is
also a certified Health Care Reform Specialist and has been with
Filice for over 10 years.
