        17. What quality control processes or auditing
             do you perform to assure quality of your

             brokerage and consulting work?

         Having a multi-layered service model allows our

         team to work collaboratively and check each

         other’s work for accuracy. This is especially
         true around renewals, as our consultants and
         client service mangers confirm sold rates with

         the carriers and each other separately.  This

         method has proven very successful in ensuring
         all rates and benefits are correct, and pro-
         grams are being managed appropriately.  We

         also have benefit administrators that proof

         read each Benefit Brochure, cross-referenc-
         ing plan benefits and contributions with Open
         Enrolment PowerPoints and/or other collateral

         created for employees.



        18. What is your familiarity with EDI feeds and

             specifically Paycom HRIS?

         We have several clients using the Paycom

         platform. We are familiar with the reporting, we

         help facilitate any issues and troubleshooting
         the client may be experiencing.



        19. What is your experience working with
             labor unions?


         As for Unions, we have experience with Union

         carve-outs, clients trying to avoid unionization,
         and situations where Union member get their
         health benefits through the company.  Our ex-
