                                   Nina Gardner, J.D. – Executive Vice President

                                   Nina has been with Filice Insurance for more than 10 years.  Nina is a
                                   member of the Moraga and San Rafael teams and lives in Kentfield.
                                   She is a licensed Accident, Health and Life Agent and a member of
                                   the State Bar of California.  She made the list of Employee Benefit
                                   Adviser’s Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising of ’15.

                                   Nina drives the strategic plan for her clients’ benefit program and
                                   maintain overall responsibility for client satisfaction.  Her role entails
                                   working closely with the client, carriers and other partners to ensure
                                   that the benefits program is properly managed.  Nina will also
                                   oversee the account management, compliance, wellness and health
                                   informatics of this engagement.

                                   Prior to joining Filice, Nina was an employment law attorney with
                                   Sedgwick and Littler, both large national law firms.  Before getting
                                   her law degree, Nina worked as a manager of a broadcast union,
                                   N.A.B.E.T and as a paralegal for Wild, Carey & Fife.  Nina holds a B.A.
                                   in Comparative Literature with highest honors from U.C. Berkeley and

                                   a J.D. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall).
                                   Outside of work, Nina dedicates a substantial number of hours to

                                   non-profit work and general community involvement. She sits on the
                                   board of Marin Economic Forum (www.marineconomicforum.org)
                                   and 100MARIN (www.100MARIN.org).  Nina is very involved in the Bay
                                   Area business community and received North Bay Business Journal’s
                                   Nonprofit Leadership Award in 2016.
