• Mesenchymal cells:
• Shape: spindle, fusiform, veiled, stellate, plump-oval.
• Arrangement: either individual or arranged in non-cohesive aggregates.
• Round cells:
• Shape: round to oval with well defined margins.
• Arrangement: cells exfoliate individually.
• Description of the cellular details
• Nucleus:
• Shape (e.g. round, oval, irregular).
• Size (small, medium, large).
• Location (central, paracentral, eccentric, basal).
• Chromatin appearance (e.g. finely stippled, granular, coarse, clumped).
