BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

2. About the Owner

With 25 years of managing engineering and

production activities in the steel, oil,

chemical, cosmetics and FMCG sectors. I

have spent my career solving problems,

developing maintenance and continuous

improvement programs in both the manufacturing and

administrative environments of business.

I started my career as an HGV apprentice with British Leyland

which is part of the reason that I am such a believer in the

apprenticeship model for employee skill development. Later I

gained a BEng Hons degree in Mechanical Engineering from the

University of Sheffield and a MBA from Aston University.

I am a professional engineer and achieved

Chartered status in 2001 and later

advanced my IMechE membership to

become a Fellow in 2009.
