My continual thirst for knowledge and self-development has
helped me to implement significant health & safety
performance improvements, employee performance appraisal,
development, reward and recognition schemes, cost effective
maintenance programmes and large manufacturing process
plant investment projects.
In 2017 my manufacturing team was awarded the prestigious
Works Management - Manufacturing Team Champions for our
continuous improvement journey that saved £750,000.
