BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

My early management career was with British Steel where I

progressed through the graduate scheme into engineering and

production management roles. I also gained several leadership

qualifications including a Professional Certificate in

Management (Open University), Diploma in Management

Studies (Aston University) and Leadership in Management

(Leadership Trust).

Along the way I have gained many technical qualifications, skills

and experience including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and RCM

Facilitator.

My career has encompassed roles in maintenance, capital

project and production operations management. In these roles I

have had significant health & safety and people development

responsibilities.
