              Jack & Jill Children’s Center strives to employ people who are the best qualified to meet the
              needs of the Center. Employment shall be on the basis of proven competence or potential ability
              as  indicated  by  academic  achievement,  personal  attitude,  and  prior  work  experience  in
              accordance with the qualifications and essential job functions listed on the job description.

              The employment of all persons shall be contingent upon the approval of the Chief Executive
              Officer.

              As a team member “at will” with the ability by law to resign at any time, we hope to provide a
              work  environment  which  will  encourage  you  to  remain  with  the  program.    Likewise,  the
              employer may discharge a team member at will with or without cause and without notice at any
              time. It is further understood that this "at will" employment relationship may not be changed by
              any written document.
