14th Annual
Flip Flops on the Docks

On April 27th, Jack & Jill made a big splash at the
MEDNAX Flip Flops on the Docks at the Lauderdale
Yacht Club. This beach themed soirée, presented
by Kelley|Uustal, had more than 450 guests in
attendance and featured luau dancers, live music,
dancing, specialty culinary stations and a live and
silent auction. VIP guests enjoyed a “Bubbles,
Bourbon and Boats” VIP Party featuring a pre-party
Galati Yacht Hop followed by champagne and a
bourbon tasting in the Broward Health VIP Lounge.
Thanks to co-chairs, Sally Beach, Vanessa Rogge
and Kate Murphy Voltz, the night was a wild
success raising $265,000 to help provide
scholarships and support for children and families
of Jack & Jill Children's Center.

19th Annual
Power Lunch

On Wednesday, September 25th, more than 275
guests attended Jack & Jill's 19th Annual Power
Lunch hosted by the Friends of Jack & Jill. This
year’s event, which raised over $70,000, recognized
three very special honorees who have been long
time supporters of the center: Corporate Honoree:
Kelley ׀ Uustal, Foundation Honoree: The Harry T.
Mangurian, Jr. Foundation, Inc. and Volunteer
Honoree: Pat Damoorgian. Top sponsors included
Kelley ׀ Uustal, Flynn Engineering, Moss
Foundation and Resolve Marine Group. A big thank
you to Co-Chairs Kim Flynn and Kathryn
Glenewinkel.
18th Annual Stiles
Light Up Downtown

Jingle Jingle, let’s Mingle! On Tuesday, December
3rd, the Friends of Jack & Jill hosted the 18th
Annual Stiles Corporation Light Up Downtown
presented by Joe & Michele Maiuro! Guests
enjoyed live entertainment while sipping on
cocktails and sampling delicious hors devours
provided by The Restaurant People. Children
enjoyed carnival rides, games, a train ride, balloon
artist, face painting and a visit with Santa. This was
the most successful Light Up Downtown to date,
raising $106,000. A big thank you to co-chairs, Pat
Damoorgian, Frances Duhe, Jane Smith and
Barbara Ryan.
