                                                                                    An ideal teacher makes no assumptions, but embraces
          diversity, uses the strength of many voices and celebrates even the smallest achievements.

                                                                                        (we go an extra mile for our learners by giving leaners
                                                                                         opportunities to partake in competitions such as the
                                                                                           South African institute of Chartered accountants, together with
                                                                                   the UJ department of Accountancy. where they were trained to
                                                                                          become critical thinkers and be more authentic through
                                                                                           Board games related to Accounting).

       An ideal teacher knows that that the work of learning extends
        outside of the classroom, that learners can deepen their
       understandings through peer sharing, engaging with members
        of the community and with experts in the field both physically
       and through technology.





          The “ideal” teacher needed at Musi High school.

         communities as equal  partners and

         works to include their engagement
