แต่บางกรณี ไม่พบ Single concept หรือ Pre-coordination ที่อธิบายภาวะที่ต้องบันทึกได้
สมบูรณ์ จึงต้องอาศัยวิธี Post-coordination ซึ่งหมายถึงการเอา Multiple concept มาประกอบ
