Blessing Ceremony
To seek blessings from their beloved teachers, to bid
adieu to their friends with whom they spent many
years and to reminisce the sweet memories they
shared with the alma mater, the X graders gathered
at the auditorium on 10 February for the solemn
th
occasion of Blessing Ceremony.
The ‘Tilak Ceremony’ followed by chanting of scriptures set the tone for the day. The Vice-
Principal Ms. Geetha Kandaraji in her address highlighted the important role the school life
plays in grooming the individual into a perfect human being. The motivational video on the
story of ‘one little seed’ that changed the face of earth instilled the values of self-respect and
never-say- die attitude in students.
A mixed feeling of mirth and melancholy filled the room when student representatives from
each section shared their experiences.
