Community Outreach

Materials

The Community Outreach budget is $10,650 to cover outreach and materials for all 55 counties.

Although the Community Outreach Coordinator is part-time and has a small budget, over 30,000 pieces
of poison prevention and WVPC materials were distributed throughout the state.

Programs and materials are provided to:

Daycare centers Schools Clinics
Physician offices Hospitals Families/individuals
Professionals Communities Senior centers

An online order form on the WVPC website assists in
2018 Annual Report providing more materials throughout the state for

those whose needs are not met by a downloaded
Jimson Weed Brochure
copy. Over 50% of all material orders are received by

Bites and Stings Brochure the online order form.
