5.2 Transfer: Transfer the Location of Stored Assets

The “Transfer” menu will facilitate a user in transferring the location, Cost Center,
and account of stored assets. If the user wants to transfer the account, it is required to zoom in to
change without having to consider old or new accounts, which can be explained below.

- Click to select your asset transaction required to be transferred. The
system will display all details automatically.
- Select “New Location”. In case where your selected asset has been repaired, it
should be placed in “Maintenance Location ”.

- Select “New Cost Center”.
- Consider the amount of expense required for transfer (optional and not
affecting the DP calculation).
- Put the date of transfer in “Transfer Date” (the depreciation value will also be
transferred to “Location”, “Cost Center”, or “Account” without having to specify a period of days).

- Remark and explanation can be mentioned in “Remark”.

- As your information is filled out completely, click to save.
