5.3 Breakdown: Divide Assets into Categories
The Breakdown menu will be used to divide your assets into categories (for any
transaction with more than 1 unit only). The system will bring together all numbers of assets to be
divided by your required number of category. As the Breakdown process is complete, you may
alternatively return to Asset Entry. You will notice that major items will remain the same, but the
transaction will show the status “BRK”. When you click “Asset Breakdown”, the screen will be
displayed as follows:
Implementation Details
- Click to select your asset transaction required to be divided (only asset
transactions with more than 1 item will be displayed for selection).
- Click and put your required number of category. Click “OK” when you
finish this process.
