2-8 Quality of Foods

      Food quality in restaurants must be first and foremost.
High quality does not necessarily mean high price, but produce
a quality product, use quality ingredients first, then in order to
produce high quality, it is not enough to know how to, you
must want to. Finally, high quality products will sell itself.

      Quality of food may be defined as "the composite of the
characteristics that differentiate individual units of a product
and influence the degree of acceptability of the unit by the
buyer". Also, food quality is the acceptance of the perceived
character is tics of a product by consumers who are the regular
users of the product category or those who are comprise the
market segment.

      Food quality defined as “a combination of the food
characteristics which present an excellence level of the sensory
attributes that preferred by the potential consumer, offering a
high nutrition value, and match the concerned standards”.
