                           Some Simple Strategies




               These strategies are so simple, many people

               will not practice them. Let them not fool you

               though. They are amazingly powerful, IF you
               use them.





               1. Hydration


               Nothing works well if you are dehydrated.

               Dehydration  causes  all  kinds  of  problems,

               from back and joint pain, to fuzzy thinking,
               and dizziness.


               Dr.  Fereydoon  Batmanghelidj,  an  Iranian

               doctor,  wrote  the  book  Your  Body’s  Many
               Cries for Water. For him, water was the most

               important  ingredient  for  a  healthy  body.

               Stay  hydrated,  drinking  water,  even  if  it  is
               not the best one.
