opinions. I have a small filter, the AlexaPure,

which I truly enjoy. It is gravity fed – I can
take it camping with me – and filters out

most of the chemicals, including fluoride and

chlorine, as well as heavy metals and flushed
down pharmaceutical drugs.

I know better

systems exist, which
also change the

signature of these
chemicals in the

water.

However, the device
I was introduced to produces water for $8.00

per gallon. A little pricey for water.

As much as you can, stay away from tap
water and plastic bottled water.

Water from a spring is great, but not easily

found. Seek the best, and relax. Fear does
not help you stay healthy.
