                   it. Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, used a raisin

                   for  this  experience,  which  he  asked  his
                   audience to savor, for 30 minutes. I have

                   not been able to achieve that… yet.

               Being  mindful  of  what  we  see,  hear,  feel,

               smell  and  taste  can  become  an  invaluable

               tool to train our mind to focus on what WE
               decide, instead of letting the mind decide for

               us.
