6.2 MIMI Construct b: Management Support for Innovation
This section presents results for Construct B of MIMI: Management Support for Innovation. Table 7 shows the scores for Construct B at the national level, and the average score by type of municipality (metro, district, and local). As shown in Table 7, the average score for Construct B for all municipalities was 2; on average, municipalities obtained a score of 2 in 4 out of 5 individual items of Construct B. These results did not differ by the type of municipality, with metros, districts, and local municipalities all achieving a score of 2.
