KEY MATERIALS
One or two flat paint brushes about 1.5” wide
White Tempera paint
Paint rags or heavy paper towels
TIPS AND TECHNIQUES FOR THIS VIDEO:
• Work quickly. Don’t let your paint completely dry before
wiping.
• When the first layer of veiling is done, it’s OK to add anoth-
er, lighter layer over the top of new images.
• Feel free to add graphite marks over the tempera paint, or
make tints with colored pencils.
