Sound of New England Chorus (continued)
It was much chillier outside when SONE entertained the crowds Dec 7th in Wethersfield at The
Holidays on Main Street. Again, we were lucky ... this time we got to sing in the historic Webb Barn.
The place was packed with an ever changing cheerful (and Loud!) audience who enjoyed our music
while they checked out the wine tasting, vendors & silent auction.
Our performance at the Duncaster Retirement Community in Bloomfield on (12/10) was especially
rewarding ... and a great way to get into the holiday spirit on a dreary, rainy day. Former member
Spring Gagliardi was in the audience with several of her friends and she got up and performed our final
number with us. Emeritus member Thelma Livingston was supposed to attend, but wasn't feeling up to
it, so 8 of us (and Spring!) popped up in her apartment and we all sang a few Christmas tunes together.
Just like old times!
