Millennium Magic Chorus (continued)

Early this past summer, MM enjoyed a retreat in the beautiful state of Maine hostessed by Laura and
Lala. We discussed future goals, had bonding activities, enjoyed good food, millions of laughs -
scouring for seaglass, slurping oysters, and of course singing! And the weather cooperated to make it
a perfect weekend!

Like most choruses, our members have been enjoying summertime off vacationing with friends and
family and summer rehearsals have been sporadic. Annette continues to earn medals running,
Candace, Jana, and Diane enjoyed family, Kappy visited her daughter in the UK, Angie camped in
Iceland, Laura and Lala have been enjoying their houses in Maine, Laurel went to Alaska, Dee
continues to conquer mountains in NY and NH with hub Brad, Beth and fam spent a week lakeside
in upper NY, Sandy did a Kansas to MA road trip with her daughter, Annie’s had her daughters
Andrea and Sarah and grandies to her house swimming and enjoying beautiful sunsets, Lisa moved
to Georgia, Stacy has kept busy as the ‘lone CT soldier’ providing a nice hub for Laurel to stay when
visiting from NC, and by the time this goes to print, one of our leads, Kirsten, will have had a baby -
she is expecting a sweet baby boy.
