Procedure for the filling

                . In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and

                  salt. Sift the flour over the mixture and gently fold in.

                . In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it has
                  browned. Watch carefully and stir often so it doesn’t burn. Allow to

                  cool slightly.
