                   fancy  decorating  techniques,  put  your  attention  to  speed  and
                   temperature.  Work  fast.  Keep  it  cold.  Roll  out  the  dough  with
                   short,  swift,  confident  strokes.  Use  a  cold  filling.  Chill  the  pie

                   before baking. Bake it on a hot surface. These steps will make a
                   scrumptious slab pie, and isn’t that the goal?
