MINI LEMON BLACKBERRY TRIFLES

               The only pans you need to create this easy do-ahead summer dessert are foil
               cupcake liners. Layer rounds of pound cake smeared with lemon curd and add
               fresh blackberries or blueberries and plenty of whipped cream, and you have
               delightful desserts that showcase seasonal fruit.





































                     MAKES 12 CUPCAKES (2½ INCHES EACH)
                     PREPARATION TIME: 20 MINUTES

               1 cup heavy (whipping) cream

               1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
