Pour the frosting into a clean bowl and let it sit on the counter for 20 minutes. It
should thicken up enough for spreading.

To frost Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes easily, place 1 heaping
tablespoon frosting on each cupcake and swirl to spread it out over the
cupcake with the back of a soupspoon. The soupspoon trick works well with
creamy frostings.
