                 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

                 6                 oz  lemonade, frozen concentrate
                 6                 oz  half-and-half, fat free
                 6                 oz  gin
                 1/4              cup  egg substitute, liquid
                 3               cups  ice cubes

               Put all in blender.  Blend until the ice is mostly gone.  Taste.  If too
               lemony, add more ice and blend again.

               That is all there is to it!
