Chocolate Pots De Creme

1 pkg semisweet chocolate chips -- 6 oz.
2 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp dark rum -- or more
3/4 c milk
whipped cream
Combine first six ingredients in blender. Heat milk just to boiling.
Pour over other ingredients. Cover and blend one minute. Pour
immediately into four ramekin dishes. Chill at least one hour. Serve
with a small dollop of whipped cream on top.
