Baked Candied Sweet Potatoes

4 large sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
1 dash salt
4 tablespoons Melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Peel potatoes and slice into a baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and
pour over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 1½ hours or less at 350
degrees. When the potatoes are fork tender, they are done.
This is my favorite candied yam recipe…makes lots of syrup and very simple
to make
