Social Housing Situation:
Because of the high prices in this era, it’s such
a big burden for citizens. Therefore, there is a
case called ”Only for rent, not for sell ”. But
there are disparities in the proportion of the
total gap, it will lead to a slum or be labeled
weak residential areas.
Social Housing Total Quantity:
Taiwan's population density and housing
quantity is relatively low compared to other
countries. Although most of the social
housing plan at present is for disadvantage
people, it doesn’t really work out. We need
an overall residential policy, not just for urban
development.
In the future, it should not just be space
planning aesthetic. Instead, the integration of
hardware and software is vital. Through the
design mechanism, it shows a new urban
style and lifestyle. Therefore, the entire
community is multi-mixed interaction. For
disadvantaged groups, they need lower price
of social housing and be provided some
opportunities to process "micro-entrepre-
neurship". In addition, more innovative
ideas or organizations should be injected to
allow adequate education resources into public
housing. In order to construct fair education-
al platform and social entrepreneurship, we
plan to establish sharing and exchange public
platform.
