PRIMARY TARGET:
The primary target market for the products that are being offered by AYZdotLLC will be consumers between the ages of 18-to- 44. According
to IBISWorld, in 2019, consumers aged 18 to 44 are expected to comprise 45.3% of industry revenue. According to CAPS stats population
between the ages of 18-to-44 makes almost 35% of the total population in a 5-mile radius of brick and mortar. The persons in this segment
will be the primary target of AYZdotLLC.
SECONDARY TARGET:
The secondary target will be persons between the 45-to-64 ages. According to IBISWorld, the consumers in this age group are expected
to account for 33.1% of industry revenue. The stats of CAPS shows that the population in a 5-mile radius makes 28% of the total population
between the ages of 45-to-64.
>> MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION
• AYZdotLLC will outsource its production to competitive production houses in Taiwan, where labor cost is comparatively low.
• Clothing will be manufactured as per the designed finalized by the management of the Company.
• The products will be delivered to New Jersey at the company’s warehouse from where it will be delivered to brick and mortar and online
customers.

market research to satisfy the needs of consumers. The company will open a brick and mortar as well as online portal for sale of products.
AYZdotLLC will earn revenue from sales of brick and mortar and online web portal. Product manufacturing is outsourced to competitive
manufacturers in Taiwan. The local manufacturing industry in Taiwan is largely dependent on exporters. Apparel manufacturing in Taiwan is
economical than in other Asian countries. The manufacturers work under the direct supervision of AYZdotLLC. The products will be delivered
to New Jersey at the company’s store from where it will be delivered to brick and mortar and online customers. The company will ensure
inventory levels at the warehouse for quick delivery of products to customers.
