With BELIEVE signs popping up all over
Broome High School, some students decided to
artfully represent their native countries with
signs of their own. This small group is a
snapshot reflection of the diverse cultures
among the students in our school. We
BELIEVE that heritage helps shape humanity,
and these six students are shining examples of
heritage that crosses borders and remains
constant, shaping young lives in new lands, a
fiber that runs through all that these students
BELIEVE. Abigail Vinson: American Sign
Language; Kim Hernandez: Spanish; Justin
Lee: Hmong; Oleg Reznichenko: Russian; Alley
Keomany: Laotian; Karim Hassan: Arabic.
