Internally, we will continue to design engagement opportunities with our people to create environments
where teams can work together to build a culture around our shared purpose.
The three organizations are committed to community and stakeholder engagement throughout this
process, and will continue to engage key stakeholder groups leading up to and post-amalgamation. A
phase III plan for continued community and stakeholder engagement will be developed following formal
approval.
