Anne Traffford joined St. Michael’ss Hospital in 2005 with a vision and ppassion to driive transformmation

through the use of technology.
Anne has had several progressive leeadership rolles in her carreer at St Micchael’s, includding three years as
a cross‐apppointed CIO with Bridgeppoint Health wwhere she waas part of thee leadership teeam that dessigned
and deliveered the neww technology‐‐enabled facility. In Januaary 2012, Annne’s commitmment to integgrated

health carre was furtheer advanced wwhen she assuumed a new ccross‐site rolee, as CIO for SSt. Joseph’s HHealth
Centre. AAlso in 2012, Anne’s portffolio at St. MMichael’s wass expanded tto encompasss the Qualityy and
Performance program. This diversee portfolio is designed to ddrive improveement in all ddomains of qquality
and patient experiencee and includees quality impprovement, rrisk managemment, emergeency prepareddness,

decision ssupport, analyytics, health information mmanagement and of course, Informatioon Technologyy.
Anne is a registered nuurse with a B.Sc. from the University off Toronto.
