Dr. Peter Nord – Chieff Medical Offiicer and Site Lead for Provvidence Heallthcare
               Dr. Peter Nord joined PProvidence Healthcare in 22004, and is ccurrently the chief medicaal officer. Clinically,

               he is the aattending phyysician for a 335‐bed Strokee/Neuro Rehaab Unit in thee hospital.
               He has ovverseen the QQuality and Safety programm for Provideence Hospital as well the Cardinal Ambbrozic
               Houses off Providence long‐term carre home.
               Externallyy,  Dr.  Nord  iss  the  co‐chair  of  the  Rehhabilitative  Caare  Alliance, a  provincial  body  taskedd  with

               overseeinng the efficienncy and effecctiveness of OOntario’s 8,0000 rehab/CCCC beds. He is also the phyysician
               championn for ALC for the provincee, working through Canceer Care Ontarrio’s Access TTo Care divisiion to
               improve ppatient flow through all hoospitals in Onttario.
               Dr.  Nord  trained  at  McMaster  University  andd  University of  Toronto, and  went  oon  to  hold  ssenior

               executive positions at several largee hospital systtems in the UU.S. and at Bluue Cross/Bluee Shield. He rran an
               internatioonal relief ageency providing care for thee some of thee most marginnalized persons in the worrld.





















               Dr. Jose SSilveira – MACC Chair, St. Jooseph’s Healtth Centre
               Dr.  José  Silveira  joineed  St.  Josephh’s  Health  Ceentre  in  Octoober  2009  annd  currently  holds  the  roole  of

               medical ddirector of the Mental Heaalth and Addiction Prograams and psycchiatrist‐in‐chief. He also sserves
               as chair of the Quality of Care Commmittee and is past chair off Credentials.
               Dr.  Silveira  is  an  assoociate  professsor  in  the  DDepartment of  Psychiatryy,  Faculty  off  Medicine  aat  the

               Universityy of Toronto. In addition, hhe works closely with the OOntario Colleege of Family Physicians annd has
               served  ass  co‐chair  of  the  College’’s  Collaborative  Mentorinng  Networks,,  which  workks  to  increasse  the
