Construction is underway for Crum and Forster’s new Headquarters • Total re-design of interior lobbies, amenity areas, as
project. Th is will be a complete gut and “re-skin” of their existing four well as new skin and entry lobby
story building, transforming the structure into a modern “Class A”
Headquarters. Th is project will include the total re-design of interior
lobbies and amenity areas.

Concurrently to the renovation will be the construction of a brand
new 500 space parking structure adjacent to the building.
