          LESSONS LEARNED:
          Clients often hire Barr & Barr because of our indepth experience
          in core and shell construction and our ability to work with multiple
          team entities.  In order to meet the tight budget of this project,
          Barr & Barr worked hand in hand with the architect to thoroughly
          review constructibility issues and guarantee we stay within budget.

          Barr & Barr lead this team along with the developer successfully through
          the entire process and met both the project schedule and budget.
