if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of

righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

There is a veil that is over the eyes of many in the church which

is bringing a curse upon all who are deceived by it. Today so

many are in desperate need of finances. Every way you turn

there is someone with their hand out to take your money away.

In the day Jesus walked the earth it was not any different. Jesus

and all of Israel were in bondage to Roman rule and taxation.

Also they were bound by the law to pay tithe and offerings to

the temple along with the temple tax, which was for the upkeep

and needs of the temple. By law there was only six days for a

man to work, one day was for food and raiment, one was for rent

on land and home, two days were for tax to Rome and two days

went for tithe and offerings. This did not include temple tax or

taxation by the publicans who waited by the gates to tax

everyone on goods brought in and out of the city. If you take for

instance an income of six hundred dollars a week and apply it to

Jesus’ day, you have one hundred dollars for food and raiment,

one hundred dollars for rent, two hundred dollars government

tax and two hundred dollars to tithe and offerings weekly paid.

Every dime these people made went somewhere, because they

were under the law of Rome and the Law of Moses. If you did

not pay Rome you would die if you did not pay the Temple you

were cursed. All they knew was death, there was no peace or

rest. When Jesus began his ministry he brought to the people
