Typefaces
Primary
Examples on these pages show the recommended typefaces to be used in conjunction with the logotype (Friz Quadrata Regular) to identify various Department, Division and Corporate signatures.
Do not use Friz Quadrata for secondary type faces.
Secondary Type Signatures
The secondary typeface is Univers which provides a wide variety of light, regular and bold applications. Constant use of the Univers family of fonts for all corporate applications will provide a consistent visual image throughout various Regional departmental materials.
The use of Univers as a secondary corporate typeface does not limit the use of other typefaces in the design of information, marketing and promotional materials.
While Univers 45 Light, Univers 47 Light Condensed and Univers Bold Condensed will be used for most corporate signatures and specifically stationery items like letterheads, business cards and envelopes, this does not limit the use of other type styles in the production of items like proposal covers, advertising, marketing and promotional folders and brochures.
