the fare, he decides to drive around the "Luckie Marietta District" -- a lively and
walkable community of restaurants, hotels, and businesses -- south of Georgia Tech.
The next series of fares are short distances; lots of activities involving high-
schoolers. He decides to break for lunch -- following eight or nine such short trips. At
about three-forty, he decides to head back to Norcross, GA, and eventually back to
Sandy Springs. However, another ride request comes through -- taking him --
through congested streets in the heart of Georgia Tech Tailgate Village. Though he’s
uneasy that the fare would be disappointed for the delay, the out-of-town young
couple was glad to see Alonzo; they needed to get around amidst all the tailgating.

"Oh, no ... You're fine," the young woman says in a soft voice.
"We're even surprised you showed up," the man adds.
"Yea ... We've been waiting all morning just to get around." "Guess we picked
a wrong weekend," she retorts, sighing.
After several detours, they arrive at their destination -- a Mediterranean
Cuisine near Georgia Tech. The otherwise short distance took almost forever due to
the detours and street closings.
"Oh, my God ... Finally."
"Here you go, "he slips three singles to Alonzo.
"Thank you, and my apologies for the delay."
