Chrysler-Jeep Dealership
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
JULY 15 -- 06:19 HOURS
Alonzo takes his Jeep to the Dealer’s for the replacement of his backlight glass.
Inside, one of the Service Advisors attends to him, takes his business card, key, and
his insurance agent’s information.

“Would you like me to get you a cab?”
“Appreciate it, but that won’t be necessary.” Alonzo continues, “Made other
arrangements.”
“That said, I would take care of the necessary paperwork for your insurance
claim.”
“That will be great ... Thank you.”
“You’re welcome, Mr. Thomas,” he extends his right hand.
“Alonzo’s fine,” he takes the Advisor’s hand for a firm handshake; then makes
his exit.
